The machine washes and agitates fine, the problem is the spin cycle. It will start to spin but then there is an audible click and it stops and then starts to spin again and then the click and it stops. This process repeats over and over..sometimes it will spin sometimes it just clicks on and off the entire spin cycle and the clothes are still soaked at the end. Please assist? Thanks

Thanks! The sticker on the back has the following info:
MOD: EWA3000B1WW
SER: LD130654G

Also, I replaced the agitator coupling about a year ago because the agitator would not turn at all, it would just hum...and the old agitator coupling was pretty rounded off. The new one fixed that.

This seems to be something else? It does seem to happen more often with heavier loads like towels, etc. I am thinking an empty washer would probably go through the whole wash and spin cycle without this happening.

If the machine is actually shutting off then it would seem like a control unit problem. In that case try changing it out. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it.

Good luck.
