I would appreciate any help with getting a troubleshooting manual or instructions, as well as suggestions. The tub will not turn manually. If I turn the belts below manually, the motor, transmission, and pump shafts turn easily. I am hoping the transmission is not at fault, since it is the most expensive part.

When I move the control anywhere where the motor should turn the tub, there is a loud buzz. It don't know how to tell if the motor will not start or if the transmission is somehow locked and the motor cannot turn it.

Hello LesBarrett. Check the braking system on the unit. Also, check and see where the buzzing sound is coming from and make sure all the pulleys on the unit, including the motor, turn freely by hand. If the brake is good, and all pulleys are free, then it leads to the transmission in the unit.
