Hello,

I've had this kenmore front load washer for about 16 months and just this week the normal cycle has broken. All other cycles work fine though. When I select normal no light lights up for the water temperature. If you hit start the pump runs to drain any old water, sits a bit, then starts with no water.

Is this the control board? Seems pricey at $109 for such a new device.

Parts:
Assuming it is the rear board 137208012 and not 137035291

Thanks

Hello Christobevii3. You will need to check all wiring connections and if all are good, then replace the control board on the unit. Part number: AP5954754

Thanks! The washer lost the casual cycle now so going ahead and ordering this. Shows out of stock so hopefully get it soonish and fixes it. Thanks for the help. I probably would have ordered elsewhere due to price but the return policy along with help makes a difference.

Hi.

Based on the information you provided I think the user interface control is culprit. It's located inside the control panel.

The interface control board Part number: AP5954754
Part number: AP5954754

Keep in mind that if you get it from APP.com you can always return it back even if it has been installed.

Thank you and keep us posted.

Best,

Simon.
