Can not get washer to wash in regular cycles.It will only go into the Steam Treat cycle,that is only in the diagnostic test. The power button,start button does not work in any cycle.Can get it to fill,pump out,spin, rotate drum, in the diagnostic test cycle only. Does not show any codes,only in test cycle of history,codes in history are F20, F22, F34,.Have already tried to change Motor control Unit, also Central control Unit,only thing left is Touch pad control unit. I am at a lost, need help.:confused: ASP Please

Welcome to the world of Whirlpool Duets, where even Whirlpool techs cannot diagnose the problems. They do what you have done, start changing parts until they find the combination that fixes things. These machines are great when they work, but when they don't . . .

What you have done is correct, sorry it didn't fix things. I would go ahead and try changing out the touch pad. If you buy from this site you can return the part if it does not fix things.

With I had better advice; the fault is Whirlpool's not yours.
