My front loading washer stops spinning part way thru the cycle, but you can still hear a hum like a motor thats not running properly. With the front bottom cover off, I can reach in to the belt, push it around or back and forth, and the drum will start going again, but slowly, and back and forth, like its trying to get up enough energy to spin. After 20 or so seconds of that, it stops again. I can then repeat the process. In my limited experience it seems like a tired motor. When I advanced the knob to "final spin", it went ahead and spun fine and finished the cycle. But the next load did the same thing. I'd be glad for any leads to what the problem might be.
