I have a GE Profile WPRE6150k1WT washing machine that seems to be getting stuck in the spin cycle. It isn't happening every time, but is getting more frequent.

I have had occasions that the clothes are still wet and not spun out at all, but the water is drained from the tub.

I have pulled the front cover off the washer and checked for codes on the motor board. There were no codes. The LED flashed at a steady rate. I checked the coil on the Mode Shifter and I have 66 ohms on the coil. I believe it should be about 98 ohms. I have watched the washer run, and I see some movement in the basket during agitation.

Any ideas?

This does sound like a mode shifter problem although you should be getting an error code. From the service manual

Note: The mode shift coil connects to C7 connector on inverter/motor assembly. Unplug C7 connector and check continuity. Mode shift coil resistance value is approximately 98Ω @ room temperature (77º F).

You may want to consider replacing the machine. These GE washers are great but when they break they are somewhat difficult to disassemble and the parts are expensive.
