My 2.5 year old washer is not spinning off, ever since I (probably) overloaded it with about 15 bath towels. How can I tell if the problem is the shift actuator, or the splutch gear that the actuator controls, or another problem altogether. I do not see any teeth broken off on the splutch & the belt looks to be OK, but I don't want to order the wrong part. Thanks
