OUr washer stopped working last week and at this point won't even start anymore- its beeping constantly. I tried to look up how to perform a diagnostic test but the one I found didn't work (pressing pause, then pause/ option). Nothing happened.
I would be so thankful for any ideas/ suggestions/ advice!!!

I assume you are using the tech notes that are found inside the lower service panel. If not, take a look and see if they help.

If you cannot get it into a diagnostic mode and generate error codes then the control unit may be at fault. Try changing it out and if you buy from this site and it does not fix the problem you can return the part.
