I have a samsung front loader that shakes pretty bad as it starts the spin cycle. Once it starts spinning fast its not 2 bad. I just replaced the spider arm and bearings due to smoke coming out of the drum, but the shaking continues.

now the front door seal is leaking.....any suggestions about the shaking?? seems to be getting worse...
