My washer fills about a quarter of the way and agitates the load and then fills the rest of the way to finish the wash cycle. When it fills the second half of the tank it pours water out. I ran the diagnosis and it doesn't leak when it checks the J Fill, Soap, and Bleach dispensers. It appears to be splashing over the top of the barrel, the barrel is about 4 inches lower because of the weight of the load/ water at this point. Would replacing the suspension rods fix this problem and keep the barrel closer to the top of the washer? Also how do i access the front suspension rod? Is there something else I could be missing that you may know to point me in the correct direction for this problem.

This is an LG washer sold under the Kenmore/Sears brand name. I have no experience on this model but I am posting this info in the hope that others who respond on this site can help you.
