I have a GE washing machine that will not cycle out of the fill cycle. Water continously runs unless I manually move it out of the fill cycle. Attempting to drain the tub of water I place it in drain/spin. It drains and spins and shuts off but the selector knob doesn't move.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
