Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/22/2015(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a GE washer that will not drain. I have had to manually release water several times. The drain pump basket had a lot of gunk in it. I cleaned it out but fear the pump is fried. It makes a loud hum like a Diesel engine. I removed it and measure the ohm at 10.9. What is the proper reading? Do I need a new pump?
