Hello - I have a under-counter Maytag front loader that is about 5 1/2 years old. Recently, we have been having issues with it inconsistently starting. When we turn it on, all the lights on the display panel come on, as does the door lock, but instead of the water coming into the tub, we just hear a low hum and nothing happens. The water lines are secure in the back of the tub and there doesn't appear to be a leak. The water lines are also not frozen, as the kitchen sink and dishwasher are on the same wall and they run fine.

Has this happened to anyone else and, if so, is there a particular part that can be replaced without having to call service? We believe it's a short because of the relative randomness of the issue, it's just been happening more recently in the past week or so.

Thank you!
