I started a load before bed last night and came down this morning and the washer was still spinning. I checked to see if it would spin and drain and it still will, but I had to manually click it into the next mode. Everything seems to work fine except that the washer will not cycle through the phases of the wash and sticks on whichever mode it is in. Any idea what could be causing this? Any help is appreciated

Eric, do you believe it would need replaced or is it something I could remove and possibly clean to get working again?
