Good afternoon guys I'm extremely frustrated with this washer and would greatly appreciate if someone has had the same problem and can steer me in the right direction. The washer violently goes off balance no matter the size of the load. I used a bubble level to level the feet and still no success. somewhere in this forum I read to chek motor/stator and balancer , well stator looked fine so I replaced the balancer and absolutely nothing changed! thanks in advance can someone point me in right direction? almost forgot pump was replaced due to the banging (pump bracket cracked).
