When set to "Warm/Warm" the water mixing (hot & cold) cycles too fast. This seems to be creating a water hammer in the hoses and house pipes so I need to correct this ASAP.

I think that this may be caused by the water inlet thermostatic valve assembly.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Well I am not certain the problem is with the machine but go ahead and replace the valve assembly and see if that fixes things. If you buy from this site you can return the parts if they are not what was needed.

It's definitely the machine. This wasn't happening before. It seems that the thermostat that controls the water mix is confused and rapidly cycles the mix between hot and cold when filling the washer. I think that the part I quoted in the OP is the culprit but I'm not sure.
