Washer Making Grinding Noise

Hey guys I have seen similar topics for this but have yet to find one that fits my specific issue. My washer is making a loud obnoxious grinding noise when turned to Spin or Agitate. The only thing it will do right now is add water, nothing else. I have worked on this washer several times before, but have not had to in a good while.

So whatever my problem is, it is causing this sound on both the Spin and Agitate commands. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if anyone would like additional information.
