Washer is not spinning it tries to spin but it will just stop and then try again. I can spin the basket ccw by hand but not cw. Pretty sure it has something to do with clutch and bearings. When I spin the belt it goes either way. Would it be easier to just disassemble the whole thing to flip the basket up side down?
