stacked comb.o washer/dryer.everything works on washer but won't drain water out

Okay, a lot of times on these models something washes over and blocks the drain hose from the tub. So take off the front panel and see if that is the problem, and check out the pump while you are at it.

If the drain lines are clear and the pump does not seem to have a problem operate it with the front panel off and see if you can determine what is happening.

This is a Frigidaire made machine for Sears Canada. Are you in Canada?
