I'm removing the inner basket on my washer, (a Calypso) the inner plate and agitator and bolts are already off. When I pull up, the basket still binds into something. i'm not sure whether to just keep pulling and wiggling it or is there something else holding back the basket. there is a cover still in the center of the basket with a flexible rubber boot underneath that continues down to the basket floor.?!?! Am I seeing all there is?
The filter beneath appears to be clogged with lint and so forth, that's why the basket has to be disassembled.:confused:
