I have an LG WM2277HS front loading washer. The bearings went out and I replaced the outer tub. I got the machine back together, however every cycle it throws a 'UE' error. The machine is balanced and prior to the error it never even really spins up, definitely not to full speed. I almost hesitate to mention because it is so slight, but the inner tub does feel like it is slightly harder to spin by hand. However, there seems to be no travel when rotating it, so it seems to be properly aligned.

Does anyone have thoughts/insight/things to try on this? It is much appreciated.
