My kenmore elite washer will fill and drain, but the agitator does not spin on the wash cycle and the basin will not spin on the spin cycle. What would be the problem? I am not sure if this is a direct drive system or a belt drive.

There is an error in your model number post. It should be just 110 followed by 8 digits.

If you will repost we can see exactly what machine you have.
