Hello,

I removed my inner liner because it wasn't draining 100% and figured something was blocking it.
Well after I removed the inner tub, I heard something like water in it as I move it around. Nothing comes out?? Is there water or something in the top ring??

There is a balance ring with fluid in it under the tub cover.
