My washer is having trouble agitating. I've attached videos if someone feels charitable enough to give some ideas about what might be wrong. I replaced a very worn belt today without much change. Thanks!

I'll answer my own question for posterity sake. The brake pads were worn down about a millimeter, and that was enough to not provide any braking action. Being more knowledgable about cars, the pads didn't look very worn (barely worn) to me, but apparently they are less forgiving than automotive brakes. New brake pads installed and it works great now.
