The Neptune Washer spin cycle was really loud like a jet engine. Now it shuts down when trying a new load. It dosen't spin any more. I have checked all the standard switchs and they appear fine. I removed the belt and the motor spins freely. also the drum spins freely. Any suggestions?

The loud noise in the spin cycle was likely the failure of the bearing, which in this model means replacing the machine with a new one.

You should not be disappointed, these Neptunes were terrible machines and to have gotten as much use out of one as you did is akin to winning the washing machine lottery.
