error code 5d. We then added the bleach for cleaning, pushed start and no action. Turned dial to spin only to remove the bleach, pushed "start". Tub made brief motor noise (like starting to turn) for 1 second only, then stopped. Cannot enter any further commands on panel, not even "cancel". The readout shows the time remaining for the spin cycle. Machine must be unplugged to turn off. The tub turns freely, no blockage. User control panel was replaced, no change. The discharge line is free of blockage and the discharge pump was inspected internally, no blockage. What is your suggestion for next repair step? Thanks for any advice.
