Hi,
Pretty certain I need a new lid switch (fuse blows when washing machine lid is opened), but not sure if I want to attempt if the entire stackable unit needs to be pulled out for rear access ( too heavy). Can the lid switch be replaced from the front? It doesn't appear that it can, but not sure. Unit is 10 years old; should I just buy a new one?
Thanks for your help.

Removing the angled panel between the dryer and washer should give you access to the lid switch.

Eric Thanks. Switch is under washer top cover. Do I have to remove dryer unit to remove washer cover panel? Thanks again.

With transition panel removed, check for a couple screws to remove to allow you to pull washer top panel forward for removal. Not too sure on this model. No service manual available.
