There is no difference in agitation speeds between DELICATE (slow/slow) and NORMAL (slow/fast) on my Kenmore Elite top load model# 11023012100 . Should agitation speeds be different and noticeable on those two cycles? I would appreciate advice that would make my washer work perfectly! Thank you. Dan
