Purchased washer as a set 2 years ago, only needed dryer at time. Just booked this up for guest time. Senses load runs water into basket but water immediately drains and water keeps running for 10-15 minutes easier continually runs right out. washer cycle light comes on, does nothing and lid lock light goes off. I can manually set load to "drain & spin" but it cannot "rinse & spin". This washer has been in packaging inside sealed box for 2 years.... want so badly to use our "brand new" high efficiency low water use washer...without $85 service call...
