The bottom part of my Whirlpool Washer WTW4880AW won't spin at all. The top part works fine; it spins in one direction. However, I can't move the bottom part manually, and when I run the washer, my clothes get tangled up in the agitator.
I took the agitator apart and the agitator dogs are fine. I don't know what's causing the bottom part to get stuck.
Any idea which part could be causing this?

Also, I ran the diagnostic following a video I found, but I don't know what the lights mean. Any idea where I can find the data sheet or tech manual?

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I also want to add that the fabric softener isn't released at all. It stays in the dispenser.
