Started load at 31 minute cycle and went down half hour later and it was on 25 minutes still. Put washer on spun cycle only which is 12 minutes and it was spinning but still stuck on 12 minutes. Can't get door to unlock because it hasn't finished the cycle.

Neptune washer time will not change and can't get door to unlock.
