I have a Whirlpool Cabrio Washer, Model #WTW7800XW2 which returns a UL code when spinning my loads of laundry. I have read the previous posts about it being the suspension rods, I have watched the YouTube video on replacing them, I have removed them from my washing machine and now am ready to order my new kit. I went to the recommended Amazon link:

http://www.amazon.com/Whirlpool...brio+suspension+rods+kit

I'm hung up of course on my model not being on this W10189077 part list. Does anyone know if they are in fact compatible? I don't want to order it and be delayed longer, but all part stores locally are $50 more and can't get it for at least 5 days. Amazon price is less than $50 and it will be here in 2 days.

Those of us who reply on this site are volunteers who want to help folks repair their own appliances, but the site itself is a parts company, a very good one, and one that has great prices and service.

I suggest you call the APP parts department on Monday and see if they can help you.
