Our long term repair man has become impossibly unreliable. We have a 2011 GE Washer that gets a lot of use. I need to figure out if problem is from bad timer or bad motor( which will likely make it scrap).

The machine fills with water, agitates properly, sits for about 5 minutes which I believe is normal soaking, and then agitates again. After that the arrow on the timer slowly advances but the machine never drains, refills, rinses, or spins.
