I have a problem in that People at the park are complaining about clothes not being clean. It is a top loader and when checking out the machine the agitation is same for delicate as it is for heavy duty. I have 35 years as a technician on other equip. I believe there is either a mechanical or electrical problem to make the machine agitate faster. I believe this is the reason for poor performance. If anyone has any ideas let me know. Since it's a commercial the war is only good for 3 months.
