During the rinse cycle of my wash, my washer makes a terrible high-pitched whining/squealing noise. It seems to be happening when the washer pulls any hot water.

I've checked the hose and it's filter and its nice and clean.
I also tried to check the drain filter by following the instructions provided in the manual/the video here LG WM3470HWA Support: Find Manuals & Warranty Info | LG USA - They say to unstop the drain hose and let the water out before taking out the filter. I tried that and got zero water out of the hose.. so I unscrewed the filter and water went damn near everywhere.

Cleaned up the water and cleaned the (barely dirty) filter. Reinstalled it and still run into the same loud noise.

Hoping someone here can shed some light on how to fix this :/
