Team,
I have a Kenmore front load washer Mod 110.47512602 that is down.
I have ran diagnostics both was that is instructed in the " For service Technician only" manual and this is my issue. Error codes displayed F22 and F20 I have pulled and clean the pump drain check all houses both input and output checked the pressure switch house to the tub all clear, replaced the door lock unit checked and cleaned the drain pump for operations (working)
But when I run diags it will go to the CLEAN WASHER LED and blink and the door lock will lock. nothing after that I will wait for an hour and still nothing
What next? I push the same key and it will go to Normal/Casual and lockup
will have to unplug to reset unit.
I'm at a loss Please advise.
thank you.
