As title says, tonight the washing machine started grinding but only during agitation. I have uploaded a video, link below, and already looking inside for obvious foreign objects but found none. Any guidance appreciated. IMG 0520 - YouTube

I flipped the Washer over and it looked like the belt and motor wheel is grinding against the plastic guard. Perhaps I have the same sagging problem as others in the forum have posted.

The pulley nut is loose. Take the belt guard off, apply some loctite blue 242 threadlocker to the threads and tighten the nut.

Eric Thanks Eric, that did the trick. Noise is gone and the washer is working like a charm. Appreciate the expert diagnosis and guidance.
