Kenmore HE 2Plus Door Won't Open
Model Number: Kenmore HE 2Plus Front Loading Washer Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
Help... The door on our Kenmore HE 2Plus front loading washer (about 13 months old) won't open. The error we get on the display is F - then it displays 01. I've gone through the reset instructions to select stop twice to cancel the cycle, select rinse/drain & spin, then select 2nd rinse (to turn off the rinse option) if there is excessive water in the washer (which there is not). Re-select cycle and press start. But when I do that, it just re-issues the error. Any ideas?
