The diagnosis of a noise is done by determing how it sounds and where it comes from, and you sorta need to be there to do that, which we are not. You may have something caught between the spin basket and the tub, or a more likely case is there is a problem with the machine bearings. Try to locate where the noise is coming from by operating the machine with the front off and you may be able to trouble shoot it. This service manual will show you how to do that and where to look. http://www.servicematters.com/m...ary/docs/RS3100005R3.pdf
