GE model WWSR3090T6WW fills, agitates, drains but just yesterday stopped spinning

Take off the front panel by inserting a think blade in the gap between the top and the front panels near the edges. This will release clips that hold the front panel to the cabinet.
Then go ahead and operate the machine and see if during the spin cycle the motor is running. If not the problem can be the timer, if so the problem could be the clutch or the transmission.
