You can access it by removing the front panel which comes off if you insert a thin flat blade screw driver in the gap between the front and top about 3 inches in from each side. Here is a link to a site that will tell you how to interpret the code. Try resetting the machine first, sometimes that is all that is needed. HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide
