The washer will not drain. It is still full of soapy water. I tried removing most of the clothes and re running the rinse cycle and nothing. Can anyone recommend what the first step in problem solving this would be?
Thank you

The first step would be to remove the front by taking out the two screws at the bottom that hold it in and checking for any blockage in the pump or drain lines.
If there is not any, then you need to get a meter and test is there is 120v coming to the pump when it is supposed to drain. If there is, the pump is likely the problem, if not, the timer is likely the problem.
