We recently bought this Whirlpool Cabrio washer(wtw6800ww1) used. The fabric softener dispenser does not function. I've done the diagnostic test for the pump and dispenser. Water doesn't enter the softener dispenser and carry the softener out with it. The water just drains before mixing with the softener. I replaced the dispenser with a new unit and I get the same thing. It has been suggested that the water pump is bad- not putting our enough water pressure. Any ideas?
