Followed directions to get fault code out of machine came up with EA2 power supply which is 12 on the list which says check power, volts and freq. if ok change main board.Tried to get into Diagnostic test mode and have had no luck.The whole reason I am looking into this is because the soap drawer does not empty all the way.I have cleaned it out and checked all water filters coming into the machine.Do I really believe the code I got and is that why I can not get into the diagnostic mode? Thanks ahead of time for any answers I may get. Art
