Trying to troubleshoot this top load washer for a charitable group (Habitat for Humanity, The Restore). All I know is there was a note on it that said, "partially drains". Don't really have a place to test it at the store, so I may have to bring it home. The control board inside says W10296016 Rev D. What should I look for and what tests should I run? Thank you!

lay it down and remove the drain pump. there is a good chance something is caught or there is damage to the impellers. if not you will just need to fill it and run the drain/spin cycle. if the motor hums but doesn't drain it is probably the pump.
