Water will not stop filling unless you pull the knob out to stop. Then will not agitate or go through cycle. Only way to get it to spin and drain is to unplug and let sit and then move dial to spin cycle.

Water level pressure switch is not working properly. Remove cabinet and check the hose that runs from lower right quadrant of tub up to pressure switch in control panel. Look for kinks, splits. With tub empty, set to fill and disconnect hose from air chamber on tub, blow into hose and you should hear a click behind control panel and washer should start agitating. If not, hose may have a leak or pressure switch is bad.

Figured it out Eric. The hose going to the Water Level switch had come off, reattached and it's as good as new. Thank you for your input.:)
