Will do everything but agitate. It tries but fails. Replaced the coupling about a year ago. Any thoughts?

Thank you in advance!

Model number??? What does it do when it should be agitating? Motor running? Humming? All quiet?

Thanks for the reply - it was the "dogs" in the agitator. Fixed and ready to go!

Thanks again!

Ah, the auger wasn't working, should have known, would have with model number. This is a two piece agitator. Lower agitator driven in both directions by transmission, upper (auger) driven in one direction only by lower agitator via the dogs. Common problem, easy fix. Good job.
