Hello my Roper Washing machine fills up but makes a clicking sound when it it supposed to be draining and spinning but will not do either. Just clicks like it wants to turn on then does nothing.

That's not the model number. There should be a label somewhere with model number and serial number, possibly under the lid on the tub cover.
