I have a Bravo series set and love it but I'm having an issue with the door unlock mechanism on the washer. I did take the door off at one time because mold was forming between the panels of glass and when I did resemble I did notice that the door did not have a springy feel when opening/shutting it anymore ... I'm wondering if I disengaged something that had to do with the locking system :( The problem at hand didn't start happening until a few months after the door was messed with, so not sure. Basically when the load is finished the door will click click click to unlock and it does but the machine seems to think it's not and keeps trying until it throws a code and all the lights around the knob continuously flash. In order for me to get it to stop so I may start another load, I have to hit power and start several times until it finally realizes it's locked and continues with its cycle.

Thank you in advance!
