This is a Frigidaire manufactured model sold under the GE name.

The first thing to do is to check the drain system for something blocking the drain from the tub or in the pump.

If that checks out, use the tech notes you should find inside the lower service panel to do some testing. Focus on the door lock assembly and the speed/motor control board. They are your likely problems.
